Sandra is a dedicated fitness professional, social entrepreneur and fitness model. She launched her fitness brand, SOfit in 2017 for the purpose of helping women reach their fitness goals and appreciate their uniqueness- No extremes, no fad diets, no pills, no endless hours of cardio and no cutting out food groups.
Her brand represents female empowerment, body positivity and self-love. With a passion for improving client health, wellness and quality of life through various online challenges, she delivers high energy training using creative techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training.
