No gym, no worries, I’ve got you covered with this home plan to allow you to achieve your goals, no matter where you are if you’re training from home! Your journey to sculpting your lower body and midsection starts here!

This Program features workouts AND includes a Meal Guide. This program will cover various glute exercises you need to grow your booty and achieve that perky look and a variety of Ab exercises to strengthen and tighten your core!

Here’s your guide to building the perfect glutes at the gym! A lot of women are after the figure 8 shape- Smaller waist, toned abs, wider hips and a peachy, plump booty. I have achieved this figure in 5 years and babe, so can you! This program will cover a variety of glute exercises you need to grow your booty, and various Ab exercises to tone your abs.

WORKOUTS/MEALS

The workouts for this program are booty and ab focused with one upper body session weekly 

 

  • Workout videos included, your Workouts include progressive reps and sets throughout the training program to keep challenging your body in a new way to stimulate muscle growth
    This is a Home based plan. There are NO live classes or group sessions or personal, one on one coaching! 
  • PDF training and Meal guide are downloadable once the program starts. Meal plans are outlined in 7 days, and include a food shopping list, a Supplement guide and incorporates accessible Nigerian foods.
  • You will be training 4-5 days a week
  • You have access to all your videos for the duration of 4 weeks, your video links are also in your program guide for easy access
  • Workout demonstration videos are performed by me (in HD VIDEO FORMAT, no audio)

 

TOOLS YOU MAY NEED

Resistance bands  are required! I recommend purchasing a SOfit Cotton Band, Latex booty band and a pull up band. Find accessories here

After purchasing a progran, What next?  log back into your account. In order to view your program you must be logged in here 

Your program will be on your dashboard. Please read your program guide first before anything!


SUPPORT/EXTRAS

SOfit’s Whatsapp support group is now optional and does not come with your plan. Do not expect to be automatically added to this group. In order to be in the group you have to request to join after you have purchased a 4 week Challenge.  A number to message for access is located on the program page when logged into your account .  We reserve the right to deny or remove a member in the group at any timeWhen requesting access please attach the payment confirmation sent to your email that clearly shows your name and the program you purchased to make the response time more efficient.

NOTE: Support groups are created when there are 20+ requests. If we don’t have enough requests for a support group, we will not create one for this challenge.

There are no exceptions to this rule as we will need to identify members at all times for account issues when necessary also this group is also designed for women and men to share their personal stories and photos. The goal is to keep the group spam free, friendly and safe for every individual.
