The Beginner program is a HOME based program, includes my top 10 beginner exercises designed to help you stay fit anywhere, at any time! This program is ideal for clients that are new to their fitness journeys and need workout ideas. This plan is also suitable for anyone else whether Intermediate or Advanced

 

Here is what you may need:

  • SOFIT latex and Tube resistance bands (or Dumbbells)
  • Yoga Mat (Suggested but you can use a towel)
