Description

The Beginner program is a home based program but I’ve included a few gym alternatives. This 3 week program was created to help  you get started on your fitness goals! With a program and nutrition Ebook detailing beginner tips and answering your most frequent questions about fitness and nutrition, you are in good hands! This program is ideal for individuals that are new to their fitness journeys but is also suitable for anyone else whether Intermediate or Advanced.

 

Here is what you may need:

  • SOFIT latex and Tube resistance bands (or Dumbbells)
  • Yoga Mat (Suggested but you can use a towel)

 

WORKOUTS

  • Home based workouts
  • Can be Viewed from Phone/PC/Tablet
  • Videos are not downloadable, videos are hosted on Youtube and Vimeo (these links are private)
  • 3 week of workout routines (performed by me) that can be performed daily. You will be training 4 days a week for 3 weeks
  • PDF guide includes nutrition tips for healthy eating and 5 Meal ideas)
