This Ebook program is for four weeks and it’s all about building strength and muscle. This is designed to get your metabolism revved up, help you dial in your diet to incorporate more lean meats and healthy carbs, and get you in the habit of hitting the gym regularly. During this time you’ll be eating more food, taking adequate rest days to allow your muscles to repair!

WORKOUTS

  • Workouts are full body (legs, Chest, back, etc)
  • Gym Required program (You can train at home but you’ll need bands and a range of dumbbells) i recommend you join a gym instead!
  • 4 Week Program with 5 training days weekly
  • This is a PDF program with photo demonstrations with exercise explanations of sets and reps.
  • Downloadable Training and nutrition plan PDF guide you keep forever!
  • meal plan that includes a 7 day meal guide. 4-6 meals per day including breakfast, lunch, dinner and Snacks.

TOOLS YOU MAY NEED

  • If you opt to train at home please purchase Resistance Bands. (Purchase pull up bands and tube bands)
  • Dumbbells (are optional if you have bands)
  • Yoga Mat (Suggested but you can use a towel)
