SOFIT will only accept the return of products that have been supplied incorrectly by SOFIT or which  are deemed to be faulty upon delivery in which we require photo or video proof of damaged goods.The customer must comply with directions from sandraokekefit.com staff to facilitate a return. 
In the advent you receive an incorrect order, SOFIT will bear the cost of shipping and returned products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, and must be in a re-saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. 

SOFIT takes no responsibility for items lost in transit. You acknowledge and agree that sandraokekefit.comwill not accept a return and will not refund your Order based on a change of mind.

We encourage every customer to read each product description carefully before payment, visit our FAQ’s AND email support@sandraokekefit.com with any questions before making your purchases as all sales are final. Responses 48- 72 hours.

NO. Unfortunately you cannot change your address once your item has been passed on to our courier officers.

Dispatch is the time it takes from receiving your purchase to it leaving the warehouse with one of our shipping partners. Delivery time is the time it takes to get to you once our delivery partners pick up your package from one of our fulfilment centres. Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after payment depending on your location and volume of orders.

Due to current worldwide events, and shipping costs, SOfit only delivers within Nigeria. Our shipping policies will expand in the future.

After making a purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation email immediately as well as a follow up email for your program. SOfit 4 week Challenges have specific start dates. Ensure that you check the start dates. You will have access to your workouts and guides upon the start date only.

Please ensure you log into your Members Account to view the start dates of the program you paid for. The start dates are also located on the program description pages where you make payment.

Due to high volume orders we usually get, we dispatch orders 2-3 days after payment and you will receive your item/s within 3-7 working days.. If you make a purchase for any accessory and have not received your package after 7 days, please email support@sandraokekefit.com and we will fix this immediately.

SOfit offers a 24/7 email support to all clients so your email will be answered as soon as possible. You can expect a reply within 1-48 hours.

That is not a problem at all! SOfit provides worldwide services and does not offer any live programs so you don’t need to log in at any time except the time convenient for you to do your workout. The only thing you need is Internet connection, since this is a fully online. You can log into your account and access your program any time!

SOfit does not offer specific programs for people with DR. None of SOfit’s challenges are created or intended to cure or alleviate any medical conditions, injuries etc. You are advised to only perform the exercises that you can. However, you are advised to consult your doctor or physician.

Always speak to your doctor or physician before working out with an injury. 

While we’re not able to give medical advice, with common strains and sprains we recommend that you rest the injured area for a minimum of 2-5 days. If these symptoms do not subside when you start working out it is crucial that you see a doctor – pain could be your body telling you that you need rest, or it could be telling you that something is wrong.

Most new mums will experience sadness over not being able to bounce back as quickly as they thought they would. It can really be a mental struggle when you just want to bounce back! Stick to clean eating as nutrition is an essential part of losing weight. 

SOfit recommends purchasing any of her weight loss or custom programs. and taking up additional cardio sessions, it really gets your heart rate up and is a perfect cardio balance for losing weight. 

Checking with your doctor or physician at the end of your post-pregnancy program is a great idea too. They can support you with anything else that you may need to continue with regular program exercises.

Just remember your body is healing and that excess weight can take some time work off. What we do know is that you’re already on your journey to looking and feeling more amazing than ever.

Listen to your body. This will be different for each individual pregnancy experience. Only work out when you have the green light from your physician as gentle movements may be recommended within days, but for some it may take a while longer.

One month, five months, nine months… is it possible?

Overall and in most cases, exercising while pregnant can be hugely beneficial, but SOfit advises you to always consult your doctor before starting or continuing an exercise routine while pregnant. 

Exercising while pregnant can help you feel better when you’re fatigued, prepare your body for birth and help you bounce back after delivery, regaining your energy and strength at a faster pace. If you exercise regularly while you’re pregnant, it will be easier for you to bounce back into this routine after delivery.

NO. SOfit nutrition plans are not diets. Diets are often misleading, restrictive and not sustainable. This is why SOfit refers to hers as Nutrition guides or plans. These guides are simply balanced ways of eating.

Most diets will require you to cut out certain food groups and this can leave you hungry, weak and clamouring for energy throughout your day. Between standard meals, SOfit has worked hard to ensure that all meal plans are the perfect fuel for your fitness goals and to promote healthy eating and also a little indulgence once in a while. Food is meant to be enjoyed, right?

Lose, Gain or Maintain: how to decide which goal’s right for you.

Think about why you wanted to start your fitness journey – did you want to lose weight (burn fat), gain or maintain your weight to begin with?

🌟Lose will help you trim down. It focuses on shredding extra fat if you are looking to lose weight. YES this is for you if you want to burn belly fat. Weight loss does not mean you will lose your curves or natural shape. Despite what many people think, you cannot just lose fat from one part of your body only. You would have to do full body workouts.

🌟Gain will help you build muscle – bulking up your booty, legs or arms! 

🌟Maintain is ideal if you are happy with your weight, and you’re just looking to build your strength and tone up.

Yes. You can run challenges concurrently if you want as different challenges have different start and end dates.

,  The programs sold on sandraokekefit.com (with the exception of custom plans) are one time payments and includes unlimited access to the program you purchased for the duration of that program.

The 4 week Challenges include the Slim Thick Challenge which is ideal if your goals are fat loss, muscle gain and toning. The Weight loss Challenge which is ideal if you want to lose a significant amount of weight and tone. Then the Booty and Abs challenge which strictly targets these two areas. New challenges are added several times a year to keep it fun and challenging but these are the 3 main challenges that SOfit offers.

All SOfit programs aid in fat loss and toning. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, it is recommended you begin with any of the challenges. You can modify the workouts for your level of fitness.

Purchasing other plans like the Beginner’s or Ab Training plan is a great add on, if you want to take advantage of the lower price and if you want to add more variety to your workouts.

At the moment, NO.  SOfit’s challenegs are based around how she and her clients eat to achieve their fitness goals. While SOfit does include some vegan and vegetarian protein options in the meal guides, it will be up to you to create your menu plan based off the info given in the meal plan (included with the 4 week Challenges only). Because we cater to a lot of International clients, we are working on meal plans that include these options.

YES.  Sandra is Nigerian, so SOfit nutrition plans include lots of easy accessible Nigerian meal options as well as other options for those who are not Nigerian due to our rapidly growing International clientele. SOfit’s plans are based around how she and her clients eat to achieve their fitness goals. 

Ideally, yes. The idea of a SOfit Challenge is for you to stay committed and consistent. New features are added regularly so in order to enter into the current challenge, you would need to purchase the current challenge.  However, you are advised to join other challenges too.

Access to the Beginner’s and Ab Training plans are immediate and do not expire.  You can log in at any time and start this program.

SOfit’s WhatsApp Group is a great way for members to connect and motivate each other along their journey.  Unlike before when you needed to be in the support group to access your program, the Whatsapp support group is now optional and you have to request access.

Sandra has the right to deny or remove a member in the group at any time, as the group is not included with your purchase.  Once you have been accepted please review and note the rules of SOfit’s group.

You can only join this group if you have purchased a 4 week Challenge. A link to request access is located on the program page when logged into your account only.  When requesting access please confirm that you have answered the questions and your account is in accordance with SOfit’s guidelines.  All pending requests are reviewed within 48-72 hours by Sandra herself.

SOfit’s Whatsapp Rules – When requesting access you must include your name and the name of the program you purchased. Your name must match the name on your program order (first and last or last name as well). Failure to include this will cancel your request. There are no exceptions to this rule as SOfit will need to identify members at all time for account issues and giveaways when neccessary. The group is also designed for women and men to share their personal stories and photos. The goal is to keep the group spam free, friendly and safe for every individual.

You don’t need a gym! Most SOfit programs are home based. There are gym options if you prefer to train there however SOfit is very versatile, and you are able to train wherever you prefer. There are different programs and workouts for both at home and the gym.

Benefits of working out at home:

  • save time in travel
  • no gym fees or expensive equipment needed
  • can workout at any time
  • privacy 
  • workout at your own pace

Benefits of working out at the gym: 

  • access to a variey of exercise equipment and amenities 
  • meet new people 
  • focus – there’s not much to do at a gym but exercise!

The custom plans are more in depth and are targeted for specific fitness goals. The nutrition plans include wider options and varieties. The 4 week plans are mostly generalized.

My Online Training Program is designed to instruct you on how to train and build your body at home or the gym with sample training videos and meal plans.

The training program’s will vary based off personal goals and product descriptions can be found on each product page. SOfit performs demonstrations for you, however videos do not include audio.

Some Online Training Programs include PDF’s that can be downloaded to your device (videos cannot be downloaded).

Online Training Programs can only be accessed from sandraokekefit.com when logged into your Member’s account. 

Internet access is required and your access does not expire until your challenge ends.

Unless otherwise noted, yes.  Programs sold on the sandraokekefit.com website expire once the challenges end. You will however, have two free access days after a challenge ends, to view your plan.

The SOfit 4 week Challenges are Online training programs offeredevery month at a great value (low price point). These are NOT customized plans and they do not come with one on one support or coaching. These are generalized programs to help you kickstart your fit journey.

With each 4 week Challenge, you will receive

  • a 4week training program that includes HD videos (online only) these videos are not downloadable.
  • A Nutrition plan PDF  with information, that I use with my clients, on how to lose, gain or maintain healthy weight.  Vegan and vegetarian protein options are included with the shopping list only (not included with meal plans, you would need to substitute).
  • You can also request access to my Whatsapp Members Only Group ( for participants who purchased a 4 week Challenge only). Unlike when my challenges were held on whatsapp, this group is only optional and does not come with your purchase.

Internet Access is required for all SOfit Challenges and programs.
