The 4 week Challenges include the Slim Thick Challenge which is ideal if your goals are fat loss, muscle gain and toning. The Weight loss Challenge which is ideal if you want to lose a significant amount of weight and tone. Then the Booty and Abs challenge which strictly targets these two areas. New challenges are added several times a year to keep it fun and challenging but these are the 3 main challenges that SOfit offers.
All SOfit programs aid in fat loss and toning. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, it is recommended you begin with any of the challenges. You can modify the workouts for your level of fitness.
Purchasing other plans like the Beginner’s or Ab Training plan is a great add on, if you want to take advantage of the lower price and if you want to add more variety to your workouts.
