Description

This program is ideal if you’re trying to gain HEALTHY weight, lose fat or tone! This means gaining lean muscle that’ll help you bring out those natural curves! These workouts are designed to help you maintain or slim your waistline and achieve a Slim Thick physique. This challenge focuses on not just getting you into your most confident hourglass shape, but becoming mentally strong too so put aside your excuses, and get to work!

 

WORKOUTS

The exercise routines are full body focused and will include training splits for lower body, upper body, abs, and cardio/HIIT.

 

  • Workouts include progressive reps and sets throughout the training program to keep challenging your body in a new way to stimulate muscle growth.
  • You will be training 5 days a week with two rest days
  • This is a home based plan. There are NO live classes or group sessions or personal, one on one coaching! 
  • PDF training and Meal guide are downloadable once the program starts. Meal plans are outlined in 7 days, they include a food shopping list and includes accessible Nigerian foods.
  • You have access to all your videos for the duration of 4 weeks, access is cut off once the program ends and you are required to re register if you need access again.
  • Workout demonstration videos are performed by me (in HD VIDEO FORMAT, no audio)

I recommend you have a cotton band and a tube resistance band you can purchase SOfit accessories here

After purchasing a program, What next? You must log into your account that you created. Log in here 

Your program will be on your dashboard. Please read your program guide first before anything!


SUPPORT/EXTRAS

SOfit’s Whatsapp support group is now optional and does not come with your plan. Do not expect to be automatically added to this group. In order to be in the group you can only request to join after you have purchased a 4 week Challenge.  A number to message for access is located on the program page when logged into your account .  We reserve the right to deny or remove a member in the group at any timeWhen requesting access please attach the payment confirmation sent to your email that clearly shows your name and the program you purchased to make the response time more efficient.

NOTE: Support groups are created when there are 20+ requests. If we don’t have enough requests for a support group, we will not create one for this challenge.

There are no exceptions to this rule as we will need to identify members at all times for account issues when necessary also this group is also designed for women and men to share their personal stories and photos. The goal is to keep the group spam free, friendly and safe for every individual.
